We act as your authorized agent, personally sourcing and purchasing items from authorized retailers and official brand boutiques on your behalf. All items are purchased new from legitimate retail channels and shipped directly to you.

2. How It Works

When you submit a request through [MARCA], you are engaging our concierge service to locate and purchase a specific item for you. Submitting a request does not constitute a binding purchase. All requests are subject to confirmation of availability by our team. Upon confirmation, you will receive a payment link to complete the transaction.

3. Pricing

All prices on [MARCA] are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Listed prices include our concierge service fee, sourcing costs, handling, and complimentary shipping. The price displayed at the time of your request is the total price you pay — there are no hidden fees or additional charges. Prices are subject to change based on availability and market conditions until your request is confirmed.

4. Orders and Confirmation

All orders placed through [MARCA] are request-based and subject to availability confirmation. Our concierge team will confirm availability within 24 hours of receiving your request. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you promptly. Confirmation of availability does not guarantee the item until payment is received.

5. Payment

Payment is due within 48 hours of order confirmation. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. If payment is not received within 48 hours, the confirmed request may be cancelled and the item released. [MARCA] does not store your payment card information — all card data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with PCI compliance standards.

6. Shipping

[MARCA] offers complimentary shipping on all orders to addresses within the continental United States. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days after payment is completed and the item has been sourced. Shipping times may vary depending on item availability and carrier schedules. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

7. Final Sale Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our concierge service, all sales are final. Each item is sourced specifically for you upon order confirmation and payment. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing selected by the customer, or buyer's remorse. Please review all item details carefully before submitting your request and completing payment.

8. Authenticity Guarantee

[MARCA] guarantees the authenticity of every item we source. All items are purchased from authorized retailers and official brand boutiques. If you believe an item is not authentic, contact us immediately and we will investigate and resolve the matter. Our authenticity guarantee is the foundation of our service and we stand behind it unconditionally.

9. Our Guarantee

If the item you receive materially differs from its description on [MARCA] — including receiving an incorrect size, wrong item, or an item damaged during shipping — please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Eligible claims will be reviewed and processed within 30 business days. This guarantee does not cover minor color variations, normal wear characteristics of materials, or any issue resulting from customer misuse.

10. Cancellation

You may cancel your request at no charge at any time before completing payment. Once payment has been submitted and processed, the sale is final and cancellation is not possible, as we immediately proceed to source and purchase the item on your behalf.

11. Limitation of Liability

[MARCA] acts as a personal shopping concierge and agent on your behalf. To the fullest extent permitted by law, [MARCA] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our service. Our total liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific order. [MARCA] is not responsible for manufacturer defects, product recalls, or changes to product specifications made by the brand or manufacturer after purchase.
