Unavailable Items

If an item becomes unavailable after your purchase and we are unable to source it, you will receive an automatic full refund to your original payment method. We will notify you promptly by email and process the refund within 5 business days.

Store Receipts

As a personal shopping concierge, we do not provide original store receipts, invoices, or proof of purchase from retail locations. Color Disclaimer

This guarantee does not cover minor color variations, normal material characteristics, fragrance, or issues resulting from customer misuse.

Cancellation

All sales are final. Once your purchase is completed and payment is processed, cancellation is not possible. We immediately proceed to source the item from our network of authorized retailers on your behalf. If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will receive a full refund automatically.
