Yes. Every item is sourced exclusively from authorized retailers and official brand boutiques. We do not engage with secondary markets, third-party resellers, or unauthorized channels — ever.
Shipping is complimentary on all U.S. orders. All deliveries use express carriers with full tracking. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once the item is verified and dispatched.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. The price shown is the price you pay — no hidden fees, no surprises. We do not store your payment details.
If we're unable to source your item, you'll receive a full refund within five business days. We'll notify you by email as soon as we know.
Each piece is sourced specifically for you, so all sales are final. That said, if something arrives materially different from what was described — wrong size, wrong item, or damaged in transit — contact us within seven days. We'll make it right.
We do not provide original retailer receipts. Your [MARCA] order confirmation serves as proof of purchase. Authenticity is guaranteed on every piece.
Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase. After that, our team has already begun sourcing your item and the sale is final.
