Shipping is complimentary on all U.S. orders. All deliveries use express carriers with full tracking. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once verified and dispatched.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. The price shown is the price you pay — no hidden fees. We do not store your payment details.
If we're unable to source your item, you'll receive a full refund within five business days. We'll notify you by email as soon as we know.
Each piece is sourced specifically for you, so all sales are final. If something arrives materially different from what was described — wrong size, wrong item, or damaged in transit — contact us within seven days and we'll make it right.
Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase. After that, our team has already begun sourcing your item and the sale is final.
